Responsibilities :
  • Design UI: Create visually appealing and user-friendly UI for the assigned game.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to design and develop wireframes or user flows for various game interfaces.
  • Proposal of Ideas: Propose ideas for analyzing, evaluating, and improving the game's UX/UI to teams.
  • Design Transitions and Effects: Design transitions and effects that enhance player understanding.
  • Research and Adaptation: Research market game concepts to effectively adapt them to the company's game.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution: Predict, identify, and resolve design experience issues that may negatively impact the player's gaming experience.
  • User Testing: Conduct tests with actual players, analyze the results, and make precise adjustments to meet objectives.
Requirements :
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 shipped games with experience in producing and managing UX/UI for PC, Mobile, or Console games.
  • Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant tools.
  • Unity Experience: Experience with Unity is a plus.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to present and communicate ideas effectively through wireframes and interface design.
  • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Pressure Management: Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Passion for Gaming: Strong interest in gaming and the gaming industry.
  • Creativity and Communication: Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
  • Work with Art groups and programmers to effectively produce technically correct art content and bring it into the engine.
  • Analyze art content to identify potential issues and recommend solutions that improve quality and efficiency
  • Balance the need for creative expression with the practical considerations of file size, memory usage, and performance
  • Integrate, validate and optimize graphic data in the engine by using scripts if needed
  • Solve challenging technical issues in asset pipeline
  • Help troubleshoot technical problems related to art content
  • Communicate and work closely with artists, designers and engineers to support features and content creation
Requirements :
  • Strong understanding of graphic rendering pipeline
  • Great understanding of visual effect (VFX) such as morphs, particles, shaders, materials, and textures
  • Good understanding of optimization techniques (mesh optimizations, image compression techniques, etc.)
  • Ability to write post-processing effects such as depth blur, lens flare, tone mapping and bloom
  • Working within the limitations of the game engine, curating file sizes, polygon counts and loading speeds
  • Strong understanding of game engines (Preferred Unity more than others)
  • Programming knowledge in C# is preferred
